We check the quality of each item personally, so we can confidently send the items to you knowing that there are no defects. However, if you find that your item is damaged,
Step 1: Please contact us at any one of the platforms below.
Step 2: Do include your name and state the defect.
Step 3: Please include one or more photos of the defect.
We'll get back to you within the week! :)
